so i wonnder what happens now for the season tickets already purchased. will they go back to the same policy where STH get first day to buy tickets and will just allow capacity to go up to 100%.
Good. They didn't do this already?

When I read it I thought it might be an updated version of the policy. Is the wording regarding a vaccination option for younger fans new?

I think previously they were requiring proof of vaccination only at events where they were allowing 100% capacity (men's hockey and wrestling). None of the other indoor sports were really likely to get past 50% capacity so I think the thought was that there would be sufficient distancing.
