I'm probably the last to have noticed, but College Sports Television is now available on DirecTV channel 610.
This Saturday's Cornell-Princeton lacrosse game will be shown on April 23 at 7pm and again April 24 at 3am and 11am. The following Saturday's Cornell-Yale women's lax game will be shown May 1 at 7pm, May 2 at 3am and 11am, and again on May 9 at 8pm.
CSTV appears to be doing a number of live lacrosse games, including Hopkins-Hofstra this Thursday at 7pm and Hopkins-Navy Saturday at 1pm.
While we were headed up the escalators for Saturday's Final, we saw a CSTV setup off to the side of the 100 level. Yale head coach Tim Taylor was one of those on camera.
CSTV went on the air Monday, April 7. Thursday and Saturday, we did pre- and post-game segments from the FF. Saturday's pre-game was 30 minutes. Bob Daniels was the analyst on Thursday. Taylor on Saturday.
CSTV promises to have a lot of college hockey stuff down the road.
Is this going to be something I should hound my cable company about or is this strictly a satellite channel?

Jeff, I suspect the CSTV folks would love to have you "hound" your cable company. Their web-site--CSTV.com--has a button labeled "How to Get CSTV."
Is this channel on DISH network?
Yeah, I found their webpage and saw that after I put up the post.

Not yet. If you go through the thing mentioned on the website, there's an automated e-mailer to DISH requesting it.
