anyone know what the proper email address for ILDN is?

I tried clicking the contact us link but the email address isnt valid

wont even load in any of my browsers

i tried some combinations removing he blank but none of them work for me they all just bounce..

perhaps  ivysupport@neulion.com is the proper one but that bounces too.

I waited to find out if the playoffs were included (the women's ECAC QF round was) and once we knew that they weren't, I went to contact them to cancel. This time, I used the chat feature on their website, and found out another fun little cash-grab that they implement. My month-renewal date happened to be Feb. 27. Last season, when I cancelled over the phone, they were able to refund a partial-month. The chat response was "Your subscription will end on 3/27 with no future payment required."  I had to request that the subscription end immediately and ask for a refund for the already-charged month.

Just a caveat for those canceling just after their goddamn awful auto-renewal model kicks you: we CAN get pro-rated refunds, but you have to ask.

Another "trick", and one I've been using for a little while now is to write to them immediately after subscribing to request that the subscription not auto-renew. They respond pretty quickly, and I have not had any problems with auto-renewal since I started taking this approach.
