Title: Newpaper sighting: Kid sporting hoodie in local paper

Saw this in this morning's Record, a paper local to northern New Jersey. Check out what the kid is wearing in the attached picture!

My mother gets "The Record." (And I used to deliver it, when it was still "The Bergen Record." I wonder if she'll notice the sweatshirt and tell me about it.

I dunno.  Looks to me like this should be in the basketball thread. Can you even buy a Cornell Basketball hoodie any more? Nahhh.  I must be wrong. Nobody would wear one of those.::whistle:: It's a Hockey hoodie. ::rock::

I looked at the picture pretty closely, and the letter before the 'K' appears to be a 'C', not an 'S'. It's a hockey hoodie. Unless it actually says "CORNELL WACKETBALL".

I follow the basketball team as well, but, for whatever reason, I only own hockey team (or sport-agnostic) stuff.

I think you must be right.  It wouldn't be centered if it were Basketball...but I read it the way Tim did as Basketball and not Hockey.::smashfreak::

I like Charles Barkley's "snack hoodie" idea.  They should make them with two hoods.
