Scoring on the first goal:

Cornell opened with two separate flurries on Volp, scoring on the second one (Hynes barely missed earlier). Red hitting forced three turnovers in the first minute. Shots 5 mins in are 6-3, Cornell.

Hornby with hits/steals on consecutive plays. Murray laid out a man. Mankato is a finesse team -- they aren't used to this. MSU takes a penalty.

Murray tried to keep the puck in and was caught up ice; Sorensen's 12th.

Cornell forecheck is doninating but obviously Mankato still has enough speed to be dangerous. Just keep up the pressure, guys.

The download of RealOne software is crawling like a snail...I am not sure I will be able to tune in to the Adam Wodon broadcast. The MSU guys are doing a decent job on KDOG, but it is not the same. And, with the download running simultaneously, all I get is intermitten radio feed :-(

For those interested in tomorrow's game, I called the box office, they won't sell any over the phone, you need to buy them in person. Box office opens at 10 AM tomorrow, and she said they were plenty of tickets available. Not sure where the seats are, but it's $32 and inside the building....I'm there!
