Well, hockey is officially history.
An ugly ending to a season with so much potential.
Can anybody spell self-discipline??
Here's hoping a similarly youthful Cornell lacrosse team can provide a more uplifting experience for its faithful!
How's about a chorus of, "Rupp 'em up, Rupp 'em up, go CU!!"
Colgate is currently a team with its own ups and downs.
Let's see if our boys can assist them with another big downer!

Not too soon there, the hockey team could still make the NCAAs.

True.
I will wait patiently, with bated breath and multiple digits crossed!
Perhaps, Nancy, there is a Santa Claus??

P.S. Many apologies.
I was in the throes of a bout with severe depression after the Q loss.
But, I'm better now.
Hey, if Syracuse b'ball can get an invite after
their lamentable season, who knows??

Freshman Zach Ward with 0:00 to play gives Cornell a 6-5 win at Colgate. Brennan Donville 14 saves for Cornell (74%). Freshman Colton Rupp coming off two 4-goal games is held scoreless on 5 shots. Massimilian 10x14 on faceoffs. Cornell led 5-2 midway through the third. We're going to need more than 6 goals to take down Yale Saturday.
Colgate defense keyed on Rupp, but the rest of the offense came through.

Will probably see more of this. Hopefully, the rest will continue coming through.
