If the North Country weather allows it, I'll be at the game tonight. Since SLU only has live video, no archived games, that means I won't be able to capture tonight's game on video. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to record tonight's game and send me a copy? I'm trying to capture all of our games. I couldn't get Florida, since there wasn't any video.
The web site mentions no cost. Is this free?
I continue to have an issue with the MovAvi software reverting to low resolution after the video has been captured for a couple of minutes.
I'm not sure if this is an ILDN issue or an issue with my PC and MovAvi.
Do you have an estimate concerning the hard drive space needed to capture the entire game? I've only done game length captures with the Hauppague device. I don't imagine it would be much different in size.
Sorry, no Macbook yet. But yes I can attempt a capture if no one else has a better solution.

Mine, unedited, in mp4 are about 10GB. I don't know what's the best.

Here is a link.Free StL Video (http://www.saintsathletics.com/sports/2013/9/17/MHOCKEY_0917132022.aspx?path=mhockey)
Cornell seems a bit sloppy exiting their defensive zone. SLU's press doesn't help matters either.

So depressing. Is it lacrosse season yet?
How the mighty have fallen.
This is worse than watching Rex Ryan interview with the Bills.

"You're never as bad as you look when you lose."
Which is a good thing, since I've rarely seen us look worse than the first period last night. The second was meh until the two-man advantage kill. We looked good there, and through much of the third we looked good.
But the first really hurt, and it could have been much worse. St. Lawrence came out flying and either we came out flat or SLU's aggressive checking freaked us out, because we were penned back in our end for pretty much the whole period.
Gillam was great as usual -- none of the goals was his fault.
This team can finish > .500 in the conference, which puts them in a fight for 5/6. Ride a hot goalie at the end and who knows?
We should also remember that the North Country trip is a bitch (http://www.tbrw.info/?/games/cornell_in_North_Country_Icon.htm).
the league is still so close that just splitting the first 4 road games puts us right in the mix for 4-6 place. not sure 1 goal a game will do it..
we had chances last night but as usual this team has no guys with a nose for the goal. and it was amazing to see how many times we missed passes are shots with pucks going off the end of our sticks.
Did Lowry play?
I still think this is a good team. We looked pretty good before the break, and when healthy, I think our offense can be better than nearly-the-worst-in-college-hockey.
But our window for an at-large bid is juuuust about closed, I have to imagine. Or close to it.
