Lodboa and Nethery should be in the top five.  I've written Stein.

Those were the two who raised my eyebrows as well.  2.44 pts/game doesn't get you ahead of Murray?  Guess it must have been the (offensive) System back then, too!

Ideally, Lodboa should also be spelled correctly throughout the article.
