Collegetown loses another major player. (http://ithacavoice.com/2014/09/rulloffs-restaurant-bar-ithaca-staple-since-1977-closes-doors/)

According to this listing (http://www.pyramidbrokerage.com/properties/listings/details/G4231/411-college-avenue-ithaca-ny-rulloff-s-restaurant-bar), Rulloff's can be yours for $395,000.

It was bought by the owner of Collegetown Bagels, who plans to re-open early in the spring semester.

Just during the interregnum.  Once it reopens there will be a reason.
