There's quite a lineup of Cornell hockey alums, current players, coaches, and community members playing this Saturday night at Lynah to raise money for the Franziska Racker Centers! Topher and Emma Scott really seem to be the big organizers behind the event, but they've put together a heck of a game.
Joe Nieuwendyk and Mike Richter are the marquis names, but a lot of us will recognize Cornell alumni Matt Hedge, Mike Kennedy, Tyler Roeszler, Jon Gleed, Sean Whitney, Dan Pegoraro, Jeremy Downs, Jan Pajerski, Chris Fontas, Taylor Davenport, Jordan Kary, and Dave McKee. Some of the community members who'll be playing include Tom Fox, Julie Crowley, and CJ DelVecchio, regular fixtures at Cass Park and The Rink.

April Fool! Err, thanks.
I am starting to feel better about the NCAA top goalie award being named after Richter.
Saw Bardreau in a walking boot yesterday. Anyone know why? I assume it's nothing major and he'll be ready for the season.

If it was a Yale player, you'd suspect it involved a swimming pool with no water. Too bad schools don't erect statues that remind others the circuit was in fact energized or the lion's cage was not locked.
