There are season tickets for Section F (GA) available for purchase online (http://cornellbigredtickets.universitytickets.com/user_pages/event_listings.asp). I was able to get to the purchase page, but didn't submit an order.
You can also order tickets for games at UNO, RPI, Union, Clarkson, St. Lawrence and Yale at that page.
