Boy, there is something very wrong with their data. The sexiness scale ought to be almost exactly inverted from that shown. It's as if Urban Baby was the target demographic. ::doh::

You could actually get a decent approximation by just taking a map of the US, flipping it about the vertical access, rotating it 45 degrees, foreshortening it so that the center point was somewhere around Happy Valley.
