No such luck scoring free opponent video this week. It costs $8 to watch the Brown feed.
Good start. Mock strikes right away, Fiore with a nice save, and Red up 2-0 1:30 in.
"Cornell doing everything it can to keep the Bears in the game."::pissed::
3-1 after one; to many turnovers, poor shot selection or it would be 5 or 6 to 1. Pannell forcing shots.
4-2 mid-second; not converting point-blank shots; two Mock crossbars; letting Brown hang in for too long.
6-2 at the half; Pannell with one assist but forcing shots trying to pass Darren Lowe's Ivy League career scoring record.
13-7, Brown never really threatened after halftime, despite Al's usual fretting. Pannell got the Ivy point record with a 3rd Quarter goal. Brown's eliminated from the Ivy tournament, and Cornell clinches the hosting duties as well as another unshared Ivy Championship.

Is this a shocking as it seems? Is Fairfield even ranked?

You could make up a Lax NIT with all the teams that have knocked off top ten teams this year ... and who don't have a lot else to show, starting with Hobart.
Nice win by Cornell, be an even better statement if it was 15-5. Princeton took it to Harvard Friday, 14-6. But it's Cornell that hosts the Ivy lax tournament and has an unshared Ivy title.
