Wow, just posting this shows me how much I dislike the break in the schedule.

Bad news... Scrivens below average AHL goaltender. (http://www.hockeyprospectus.com/article.php?articleid=1412) Still he's young, and there's more than half a season left, and he's only barely below average (-2.0 shots per 1000). Hopefully his play picks up as the season goes along.

Without clicking on it, I knew it would be sieve-hyphen-sieve.

I don't know why, he still inspires more laughter than other recent rivals. Well, other than "Dexshow."

Hahaha Dexshow for Hobey.

He broke my heart when he mentioned he had a girlfriend. ::cry::

Ambivalent about the NHL returning. I'll tune into games already included in my cable package, but I won't pay for NHL center ice, nor pay to see a game this season (I usually try to catch 1-2 panther games/year).

I've already put DirecTV on notice that they better be "fair" about their Center Ice pricing.    I'm already disgusted with the NHL hockey establishment/players for stripping away half a season.     If DirecTV tries to climb aboard by ripping me off, they can kiss my behind....    As I explained to them, I've learned to do quite nicely without NHL hockey on my TV.   I can easily continue that.

A lot of hockey writers are speculating that the league will make the center Ice and Gamecenter Live Packages free for this season.

And, la bataille du Vendredi saint (http://notrehistoire.canadiens.com/greatest-moment/The-Battle-Of-Quebec) was the apex or nadir (depending on your perspective) of that rivalry.

Wow.  5 goals in 8 minutes.

And 198 PIMs.  No wonder they called it a battle.
