Cornell's opening drive ends in a missed 38 yard field goal attempt.

edit: Princeton comes right back. 75 yards in 9 plays, 3 minutes. 14-14
edit: 3rd quarter: Cornell intercepts a Princeton pass at their 15, runs it back to the 3. Incomplete pass and a negative 5 yard run sets up an 8 yard TD pass
edit: Princeton drives right back, 21-21
edit: Cornell comes right back. 75 yards in 7 plays, all passing. 28-21
edit: Princeton 72 yard touchdown pass. 28-28
edit: 34-28 Cornell. A rushing touchdown! But missed the extra point. That could be the game.
edit: Cornell catches a break and recovers a Princeton fumble on their own 8.
edit: Fourth quarter now. Cornell drive stalls at midfield. Punt for the only the 2nd time.
edit: And Princeton scores. 35-34, 8:49 remaining.
edit: Cornell goes for it on 4th and 5 from the Princeton 23 rather than try a 40 yard FG. Princeton ball.

edit: Cornell takes a 37-35 lead on a 23 yard FG with 50 seconds left.
edit: Interception on next Princeton drive. Game over.
This game, I see HD. I see defenders. Not much defense.
Now we're having trouble kicking from PAT distance. Ouch! We'll need to go for 2 in a couple minutes when we get our next TD.

The kicking game was pretty awful when I was in school. Seemed we had accuracy or distance but rarely both.
There's got to be a pony in there somewhere department: Announcers note that despite Cornell's missed PAT, with Princeton up 35-34 now, to look at the bright side, "Cornell is only a field goal away from taking the lead."

That fantasy field goal would have to be as the clock expired.

I could make that kick, in the shower at home, with Gary Glitter playing real loud. Otherwise, not so sure.
Cornell FG with a minute to play. Wow! A gimme last year was an amazing kick this year.

Too much time left although Princeton has no timeouts left. Edit: Nevermind. Cornell interception should end this.
Game over. Almost. Cornell INT on the first play of Princeton possession after Cornell FG.
If it weren't for Brown game last week, we'd be tied for the Ivy lead.
If it weren't for the games we lose we'd be contenders every year.
Huge win.
