At $9 a game this is terrible! Watching Cornell Ice Hockey on Ithaca channel 13 in Black and White during the 70's was easier than this crap!
I can't connect to the game. Just have a spinning wheel where it says Infinite HD. Bah!

Based on:
1) reports that the other America One ECAC games tonight are much clearer than ours
2) the much better video I saw multiple times this season on America One for Cornell away games
3) the routinely crappy video that gets streamed from Lynah Rink
I'm not convinced that America One really deserves the blame, here.
JAson - try the demo. It will probably prompt you to install the Octo-something software. Do that, then re-log in to the game and it should work.
Robb, thanks. I'm now connected, but picture is horrible unfortunately.
The Cornell-CC game earlier this season was MUCH clearer. Is it just me or does it seem like the camera operators are drunk? Besides the fact that they seem to be able to cover less ice than even Redcast, they keep getting people's head and moving around like they've never covered a hockey game before...knock on wood we haven't gotten the ? yet, but still. Not good.
I'll add a complaint. I had to stop watching live late in the first overtime. I tried to watch the rest of the game on the archives, but the archived recording ended early in the second overtime.
Same thing happened to me. So didn't get to see winning goal.
For tonight the game was advertised as having "LOW QUALITY AUDIO" before the game, on america one site. It is indeed low quality, with the play-by-play barely audible. However, by halfway through the 1st, the "low quality audio" had become that humming sound speakers make when they're powered on but the jack is not plugged in, nothing else.
This audio thing tonight is brutal on America One. I asssume everyone is having this problem? Does anyone know of a free workaround?
Such frustration has been stated before, but it's mind-boggling to think that the audio (and video) could be so poor.
I'm watching the Sabres instead now. www.enigmagroup.org/bsn360

Audio OK at 8:30
Sent America One a complaint note about the line noise and lackk of VOD so I could replay the early goals (the only goals). America One sprang into action, noted their appreciation for being contacted, and offered me a ... survey to fill out. One rating field of 1-5 stars for happiness with AOne and one comment field to fill out, which gave me a chance to re-key the original complaint. I'm sure if I called, the first thing I'd hear is, "Stop! The menus have changed." They forgot to tell me to have a nice day.

First they would have recorded your call for training purposes. "OK, kid, if you're gonna work here you're gonna have to learn to use this. It's your friend. It's the DELETE button."
