Hey, it is good to be numero uno in something:
http://www.gq.com/entertainment/humor/201108/douchiest-colleges-america-2011#slide=10
I have degrees from two of these schools (although for MIT, I think they confuse douchitude with nerditude) and attended many classes at a third. I wonder what this fact might imply about me.::uhoh::
BTW, I got this info from "French Rage" who apparently, now that he has a girlfriend and Stanford finally has a decent football team, doesn't find a need to go on eLynah everyday during the summer.
We fared better than the photo of the Bennington student (http://www.gq.com/entertainment/humor/201108/douchiest-colleges-america-2011#slide=4) or the text on Pepperdine ("Life Goals: Stay celibate until marriage; buy a townhouse in Newport Beach; convert all gays; meet someone with the "three Hs: hot, humble, and holy" ). And it is good to be #1 in something.
The much needed rebuttal:

That's a very douchy rebuttal, actually.
The real rebuttal is: Duke isn't on the list, unless it's assumed they are a metaphysical, ur-Godhead, zeroth douchiest school.

Duke was no. 2 in 2009 with this explanation: "They're probably number one. But we'd rather not rank Duke number one at anything."

edit: I don't think any of the schools from the old list are on the current list so the glass-half-full position could be we're really 26th.

So basically, we won the NIT of douchitude.

We
are everybody's second choice...

Isn't that redundant?
We're also (according to the always accurate Huffington Post) one of the 8 "preppiest" colleges in the country: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/02/09/the-preppiest-colleges-in-the-us_n_1266748.html#s680688&title=Cornell
I guess this is better than being douchey.

I'm not sure I see the distinction ::whistle::
