Title: Frozen Four Friday Baseball
Post by: Beeeej on March 17, 2011, 03:15:02 PM
The Twins are hosting the Oakland As in their home opener at 3:10pm on Friday, April 8, the day between the Frozen Four semis and finals.  If you are interested in attending this game in a group, please e-mail me at beeeejesq at gmail dot com.  Looking at the seating and pricing (http://minnesota.twins.mlb.com/min/ticketing/singlegame_pricing.jsp), I think it makes sense to aim for the $39 Field Box seats, so have that price in mind when you make your decision.

Single-game tickets go on sale this Saturday morning, so please e-mail me sooner rather than later.

Beeej - put me down for 2.  Personally I'd probably go for the Home Plate Terrace seats, which look like the first 6 rows of the upper deck.  Higher up but closer to the infield and in my opinion a better perspective.  They are $38 vs. the $39, so they're deemed to be about the same value.  However, I'll go with whatever you (and/or the group) decide.  Plus, given that it's their home opener, tickets may be scarce, so if you can't come up with a block or there are limits, just post something letting us know we are on our own.
Thanks for organizing.
