Does anyone know if the ECAC semis and finals will be televised? If so what channel?

Yes, the semi-finals and finals will be televised on CBS College Sports.

Use their channel finder (http://www.cbscollegesports.com/schedule/) to see if your local cable system offers the channel.

How about just checking the Cornell or ECAC site, it's all laid out there.
