Nice to be able to see the replay of OT several times, in slow motion. RPI did a nice job of catching up to Collins on the short-handed breakaway no-goal. Shot came closer to going in than I saw on TV. You can see a definite strong elbow into Collins' back after the shot is away and then a shove that helped unbalance him and send him into the RPI goaltender and you can see there's a penalty warranted for the elbow / shove. No reason to call a penalty shot. Dubious reason to call the matching minor on Collins for goaltender interference. The following penalty on RPI for blocking at center ice that evened the teams, you could see the reason it was called and you could see RPI fans thinking it was a no-call.
