The original story in the Ithaca Journal has a lot more details. Like how an employee of The Hillside saw her stash the heroin under a car as a cop approached, and then recovered the container & turned it in.

That's so strange. I was sure that you got a kit and your first bump at Hillside check-in. Maybe they didn't want the competition.
