Great article in The Sun on Sue Detzer, alias Hockey Mom. Sue runs the Hockey Office for Coach Shafer and she is everything good that is mentioned in the article. Glad to see someone has recognized what goes on behind the scenes in a successful program and for that matter, the entire University.
Now if only the media guide and programs would stop referring to her as Monica's replacement, six years on...

I dont think they refer to her as the replacement...but she does have that twinkle in her eye in the photograph and they DO mention that she is single :)
