What's the deal with Boston University? They lost, again, to New Hampshire 4-2
They are 3-7 on the season. They've already lost more games this season than they did all of last season.
Looking forward to MSG...

Well, unfortunately aside from UND it looks like another conspiracy against CU having a good strength of schedule. All the teams we've scheduled seem to be having down years; even other ECAC teams can't do well out of conference. Yes, I know that's not new, but couldn't we get help sometime?

Interesting question: How much do we 'help' other ECAC teams? For instance, would Princeton have played in the tournament last year had they played three "average" ECAC teams instead of us?

UNH is only 4-6-2. Maine (possible second day opponent in Florida) is 4-7. Six months ago the non-conference schedule looked much stronger although North Dakota and Colorado College are doing quite well so far. Tonight's game is not quite "must win" but I'd really like a win over a possible TUC for PWR purposes and a win against a possible Top 4 ECAC team should a tie breaker come into play at the end of the regular season.
Remember that BU was 3-7-2 when we played them at MSG two years ago. They recovered to finish 19-17-4; not a great record but still a winning season.

I think they lost a lot of people from last year's team and probably have a lot of growing pains as a result.
