Title: OT: TV
Post by: Josh '99 on February 03, 2003, 07:23:08 PM
OK, so I wouldn't ask this here, except that I know many of the regulars here were, like me, at Colgate last Thursday evening.  But...  did anyone happen to tape the NBC shows from 8pm-10pm last Thursday?  Please?   ::help::

I know this isn't really the place to ask this, but I wasn't able to find the answer to the following questions when I searched the TiVo site (a while ago, I admit):

Suppose I were to ask TiVo to record Stanley Cup Playoff game 7, scheduled for 7 to 10:30 and the game ended up going into triple overtime.  Would it just stop recording at 10:30?

Also, how does it handle events that are "TBA" (even with my frequently updating digital cable guide)?

Thanks for any answers/insight.

Bill, is there any way I could borrow that tape from you?  Much obliged if I could...

crodge, it would stop at 10:30. If you want to protect against missing the game's end, use the extend record time past show's end feature to add extra time (recommended any time you are recording sports).
