Cornell Athletics (http://cornellbigred.com/news/2009/10/7/MICE_1007095627.aspx) is reporting that Colin Greening is a candidate for the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award. There's a link to his nomination page (http://www.seniorclassaward.com/athletes/colin_greening/). (I've told Lowe's about the duplicated paragraph in the profile.)
I can't believe it's Greening's senior year already. :-/

On the upside, we're getting a senior year from him.

I wonder how strong the correlation is between players leaving early and their performance in school? Lets say we restrict ourselves to NHL draft picks. Is a kid with a 3.95 more likely to stay for four years than one with a 2.8? I would think so but I have no idea how much more likely.
