If extraterrestrial life is discovered, will Cornell be the first school to secure a commitment from a humanoid born on another planet?

Brian Ferlin was just named a member of the US-18 Select team that will play in the Ivan Hlinka Tournament in Slovakia. It's a group of the best 1992 birth players in the US who aren't part of the USNTDP (so Andy Iles isn't eligible).
