Though everyone has probably seen it, and the names have been discussed, here's the official announcement (http://cornellbigred.com/news/2009/7/2/MICE_0702092659.aspx) of the incoming class.
Quote from: Incoming Players at a GlanceBy position: 6 forwards, 3 defensemen, 1 goaltender
By junior hockey league: 5 Ontario Junior Hockey League, 2 British Columbia Hockey League, 1 US Hockey League, 1 Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, 1 unaffiliated
By State/Province: 7 Ontario, 1 Quebec, 1 Ohio, 1 Texas
Big (in both senses), talented class. Five* guys 6-3 and above, lots of grit and firepower, and the two most proven players are D-men. Very nice.
I had thought De Swardt was going to come in next year.
Edit: BRP was also surprised about De Swardt. Going back over his preliminary recruiting rankings (http://bigredpuckhead.blogspot.com/2009/01/2009-ecac-hockey-recruiting-rankings.html) from 6 months ago, Cornell at that time had just 6 commits for this Fall. Since then they added Kanji and Miller and moved De Swardt and Seymour up a year.
* upon further review, it appears D'Agostino has lost an inch.
Fun fact: Heisenberg lists Quinnipiac with 14 (7/5/2) incoming players for this year alone.
Here's the article from the http://www.theithacajournal.com/article/20090703/SPORTS03/907030324&referrer=FRONTPAGECAROUSEL
That many forwards, plus DeSwardt coming in, sure makes me worry about what uniforms Greening and Nash might be in this fall.

Hopefully it's just hedging against that risk.

The Athletic Communications Department often uses outdated height and weight measures for players. For example, Jarred Seymour is listed at 6'1", 193 lbs.
On a totally different and random note, will the pep band play "Axel F" for Erik Axell?

There's a series of nice pauses built into that song that could be punctuated with a chant of some sort.

Perhaps, if anybody currently in the pep band knows what the heck it is, as none of them were born when "Beverly Hills Cop" came out (and it's not even close!). Then again, pep bands across the land would be hamstrung if they had to play only music from the last 20 years or so...

IMDb claims that Beverly Hills Cop IV is in development. So maybe there's hope yet. (Or else, complete and utter despair. Take your pick)
[more drift] Beverly Hills Cop IV would have to go a long way to fall as far as Caddyshack did from I to II.
............ or Slapshot 2: Behind the Glass

If Judge Reinhold doesn't want to be in it I think that tells you something, since his choices were either be in it or starve on the streets.
