MLL draft last night

Romero was 41st.
Perhaps this should go in the May "Alumni in the Pros" thread, but this seems more appropriate. Max Seibold was the MVP of the Outlaws - Bayhawks game (http://www.majorleaguelacrosse.com/news/pressreleases/index.html?article_id=1375) Friday, scoring one two-point goal and picking up four ground balls. The Outlaws roster (http://denveroutlaws.com/team/players/) lists Romero, but without a number or 2009 Cornell statistics.
John Glynn did not play for the Machine in their game (http://www.pointstreak.com/prostats/boxscore.html?gameid=958671) yesterday, but Kenny Nims did and scored one goal.
Mention in the press release of Seibold scoring a two-point goal left me assuming that in MLL there is some arc like a basketball three-point line. For anyone else who is interested, there's a summary of the major rules differences between MLL and the rest of the lacrosse world here (http://www.majorleaguelacrosse.com/aboutmll/rules/). My assumption about the arc is correct, but they don't tell me what the radius is. I noticed in another press release that equipment violations had led to one-game suspensions. Wrong brand!

I can't imagine how weird it is for Glynn to be in the same locker room with Nims while the pain of that game must be so fresh.

I hear what you're saying, but I think that with an occasional exception (i.e., Donnie Moore of the Angels), the athletes tend to bounce back from these things quicker than we do.

With any two other people, maybe so. But not Nims and Glynn. You couldn't ask for a more gracious winner than Nims. (Example: While all the other Syracuse players were running and screaming in celebration after the OT goal, Nims immediately sought out Cornell's seniors to offer one-on-one consolation.) And nothing ever is going to keep John Glynn grumpy for very long.
Damn, I'm going to miss this team.
Max Seibold and John Glynn both played for their respective teams as they met in Chicago this afternoon. Glynn had a shot and picked up a ground ball. Seibold had a goal on two shots.

Machine website is worst ever. Doesn't even list Glynn on the roster, some links go nowhere...::wtf::
