Title: Polls Feb. 2nd: 5 ECAC teams, Cornell drops to #5
Post by: sah67 on February 02, 2009, 02:27:50 PM
A 1-point, 1-goal weekend in the North Country drops us only one spot to #5.  Meanwhile, SLU cracks the rankings at #20 with their weekend sweep, making them the 5th ECAC team currently ranked, along with Princeton at #10, Yale at #14, and Dartmouth at #19.

It's actually a bit surprising to only see that one-place drop after not just a 1-point weekend, but an 8-1 whoopin'.  I guess it just goes to show that polls don't matter. ;-)
