My columns in the Sun this year obviously have a wider audience than the 'E-Lynah Faithful,' but I'll post them all the same. "Singing Lynah's Praises" was the title the editors gave the piece; I still prefer my title.
That was some of the densest language I've ever read in the Sun, but I understood its intent and enjoyed the way it reminded me of that first blush of hockey excitement. In fact, it made me smile so much that I won't even mention the several split infinitives or your misspelling of "vocal cords."
Whoops...!
Thanks for your contribution Mitch... can't wait to see ya in Lynah this year. -Dean
Thanks Beeeej, and despite my fragrant and seemingly careless disregard for all norms of Diana Hacker's manual on writing, I'm glad you found a way to enjoy the purpose of the article. Your comments remind me of something I read a while back...

I figured you might like the Steve Worona shout out though.

Love it. Naturally, for me, it's extra meta-funny because the article itself is rife with grammatical errors - but errors that are subtle enough that only the people they're insulting are likely to spot them. :)

Oh, totally. I'll bet Steve will, too.
