Hummm, I wonder if they deliberately pick coaches from mid-major schools so that there's no dirty recruiting. If the pre-college kids trying out for the team will all be looking at elite programs, the mid-major coaches, who won't stand a chance competing for these kids, will not waste their time recruiting kids at the tryouts.
