It looks like the CU Code of Conduct is set to expand to Cornell student anywhere soon. I'm not sure what "conduct pos[ing] a substantial threat to the University's educational mission" is exactly, but it sounds a little too broad to me.
Also of note, "violations include that it is against the Code to take any photo, audio or video recording of another person without their consent." Just imagine the different ways this could be applied. Photos at a hockey game, recording classes, taking news photos for the Sun... I presume that's not the intent of the proposal, but it sure is drafted poorly.
