Title: Cornell-Quinnipiac Tickets @QU available now
Post by: dsr11 on October 02, 2007, 11:52:14 AM
For those interested in attending the game at Quinnipiac on Feb 22, 2008, tickets are on sale through the QU box office or online (https://admin.xosn.com/ViewArticle.dbml?&DB_OEM_ID=17500&ATCLID=1209630)  and going quickly.  I was able to get a pair, but they certainly aren't the best seats in the house (I'm in section 116).

They are in the new rink (http://admin.xosn.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=17500&ATCLID=1207436) this year, no more barn in Northford!

Presumably, the visitor's section (107, directly opposite your seats) will also go on sale through Cornell's ticket office at the usual time, a couple of weeks before the game.

According to my brother, who's a grad student at QU, sections 113 to 116 are also usually pretty full of visiting fans.  There's not much left in 113, 114, or 115, though there a few seats scattered around.

The new rink has real seats too, no more benches like most rinks have.

I like how each ticket has a $2.50 "fee" then each order has a $5 "fee." Two $11 tickets equal $32. Nice...

Also:  Are people actually going and buying tickets RIGHT NOW for a game in February?  Really?

If the Lynah East game were in february, don't tell me you wouldn't be buying tickets RIGHT NOW (or an hour ago...).

In any case, we're not talking about Lynah East, we're talking about Quinnipiac.  ::crazy::

Is there a general rule for when tickets to away games go on sale in Bartels?
