Links on my blog.
Seriously? You can't even go to the trouble of reproducing the links here?
I love your enthusiasm. But some of us are interested in basketball information without being interested in your blog. Shocking, I know.

Get with the times Beeeej. "Links on my blog" is the new "PM me for details".
Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

My reply to this is on my blog.

I'm not much of a Cornell basketball fan (or of basketball in general). But I am curious about it because it's Cornell. So if you post information here on the team it might catch my interest. I am much less likely to click over to another site to get this information. Having to follow a link acts as a barrier for the marginally interested. Yes, clicking a link is not exactly difficult but it's a barrier nonetheless. I'm more likely to click "Back" than to go to a blog to read about it.
I understand that CornellFan wants to drum up readership on his blog. But posts like this (the OP) tend to make me less interested in checking it out. Put the raw info (schedule) here and then provide a link to commentary on your blog. If your commentary is well written people will want to read it. If the blog is just reproducing information that's accessible elsewhere then people probably won't. (I say this as someone who gave up maintaining a Cornell Hockey site that I'd sunk many, many hours into because I realized I could no longer provide much added value.)

::doh::
Nothing wrong with building traffic to your blog. But please, as others have said, post something of value here, such as the schedule (or even better the schedule columns lined up with the PREformat command), add a comment on the schedule like how it compares to last year, and then tell everybody there's more on the blog.
Having a great Cornell basketball team, and talking about it here, doesn't diminish the hockey experience. For alumns from virtually all decades, it's still hard to fathom a winning Cornell basketball tradition. We'll get used to it. Me, I still can't believe we're beating Princeton regularly. Next, Penn?
Here's the schedule (http://cornellbigred.com/schedules.asp?path=mbball). There's also the standard press release: http://cornellbigred.com/News/mbball/2007/8/8/MBKB0708Schedule.asp?path=mbball
Here's hoping the hockey team gets a bye and fans can make it down to the P's for hoops. Let's further hope, CU's season isn't done by then.
