Cornell seven-footer, Jeff Foote is playing in the Empire State Games. He had 5 points in a loss last night, but did hit a three-pointer. He will be in action today and tomorrow at Iona College in New Rochelle. Game tomorrow is at 12 pm, today at 4 pm. Good opportunity for NYC area basketball fans to see this guy play if you are bored on a rainy Saturday.
More detail in my blog.
Jeff Foote finished with 10 points in his second game in the Empire State Games. See my blog for more info and a photo of Foote blocking a shot during the game.

In the final game, Foote's Central NY team fell to 0-3 losing today by a bucket to Western New York. Cornell's new 7'0" transfer from St. Bonaventure finished with an impressive 12 points (9.0 average in 3 games). CNY just did not have the multiple D-I players like the other teams.
