David McKee is listed as an Unrestricted Free Agent on the NHL's website and various other lists I found. He's in the last group of free agents, those "not tendered a qualifying offer."

It was reported last year that he signed a two-year contract, even on the Ducks' website, but perhaps there was a club option for the second year.
Stephen Baby is also listed as an Unrestricted Free Agent.

my guess was they are waiting to see what happens with Bryzgalov before re- upping, he had a good season last year and seemed to be in good favor with the team. what happened?
