Watching a replay of last night's Philadelphia Wings game right now. Sean Greenhalgh has two goals already. He's the Wings' leading scorer this year, and the announcers have mentioned Cornell once or twice.
Edit: He was also the halftime interview. He didn't sound like the typical sports inverview, either. No "y'knows" or "likes". But he did get the cliches in - "just have to take it one shift at a time." ;-)
Maybe there's a secret award the league gives each year to the player who sounds most helpful and cheerful while saying the least. We should start a New York magazine-contest-like thread.
