Title: NCAA skills competition
Post by: Jacob '06 on April 06, 2007, 09:52:42 PM
McCutcheon wins the hardest shot with a 96.4 mph slapshot, and wins the shooting accuracy competition. Nice moment for Cornell I guess.

He also scored in the penalty shot...they're all saying he's going to get a professional contract because of his performance tonight :)

In the spirit of offseason pickiness, in one of the last few paragraphs with the quote from Esposito it says "heard" where it should say "heart." :)

USCHO's recap (http://www.uscho.com/news/id,14232/GoodTimeForAllWestWinsSkillsChallenge.html) features McCutcheon quite a bit.

Congratulations to Mark.  He's worked really hard over the past four years to improve his shot, skating ability and overall play.  Pretty nice stage to show it off.  Hopefully, he'll get to sign a pro-contract and keep playing.
