Title: UMass Clakson internet feed
Post by: lhayes on March 23, 2007, 02:26:56 PM
Clarkson seems not to have an interet feed for the first round game.
But UMass does.

The announcers may be dull sounding in pre-game, but it's hockey!

Clarkson feed is:
http://hockey.clarkson.edu/
but I've gotten quickly disconnected twice.
I suspect it's overloaded.

I'm having the same problem.  It keeps going back to the buffering message.  But I'm trying the low bandwidth option now and it seems to be behaving much better.  There were far fewer users (39 vs 116), though it's now jumped up considerably

"Current Listeners: -1"

Methinks the system is down. Anyone still have a feed?

Edit: Got it back now.

The low bandwidth stream sounds perfectly fine.  It's not like this is video; why do they even need a high bandwidth option?

Get DirecTV :-P (or Dish, or whatever)

Hey, ya know, there's a referral program right now, both referrer and referred get $50. PM me for details ;)

I can't get either feed on the Clarkson site to work, and the WRNX website won't even load for me.  S'OK, since my DVR is doing all the work at home, and I can start fresh when I get there in about an hour.

I had the Clarkson low bandwidth feed, and it was working fine until something on my end caused IE to shut down.  Since then I can't get the feed back and the web site says -1 listeners.  For anyone still connected, is it looking like it's maxed out?
