Hmm.  I wonder if his illness is related to Schafer's comments about senior leadership.

Bitz's illness might not be such a terrible thing...

Cheel has adopted the "dumbass WWF announcer."  ::bang::  Too bad.  The fans should publicly immolate him.  Not every crowd has to be treated like 8 year olds.

General remarks

1. Cornell has been moving their feet.  This is a big improvement on the passive, static style of the Sacred Heart game.

2. Cornell contained the Clarkson powerplay well, but you can tell it's deadly (2nd in the nation).  We cannot give them too many chances.

3. Clarkson's crowd atmosphere is better than it has been in a decade.  Winning makes people boisterous.

4. Clarkson's game video has superior features, camera work, and dependability to Cornell's, and it's free.

Ths is actually starting to worry me.  The last 20 minutes, Cornell has played with occasional brilliant individual effort, but no teamwork and no System.  It's the exact opposite of Schafer hockey.

We've had some good stretches of aggressiveness and intensity, but we have very little structure to our play.  Who would have thought our problem would be discipline?

We are lucky to be tied.  I hope Cornell comes out on fire in the third, pots one on the pp, then hits the hell out of Clarkson and hangs on.  It's daunting to be missing the "grind it into wood chips" style that has protected hundreds of leads in the Schafer era.
