Prineton Audio (https://www.nmnathletics.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=10600&KEY=&ATCLID=294996)
Just getting a hum right now, says it starts 10 mins before puck drop.
No A-A yet, natch.
Edit: my mistake, there is A-A. Currently it's at about 0.5 dB.
Seminoff paired with Krueger?? Maybe Taylor Dav. isn't in the lineup?:-(
I just got the Princeton feed.
O Canada at Baker Rink! Princeton audio works. Interesting that the Gametracker link at CornellBigRed.com points to the Princeton web site where you go to their LiveStats.
...do they normally play O Canada at Princeton games?
National Anthem being sung - any minute now we are live
i thought i saw dav go off at the very end w/ an ankle injury at the very end against dartmouth. i have no clue how serious it was.

Princeton 1 - No Access zilch (at least for me).
Maybe I'll try at the end of the first period.
Let's Go Red!!!

Do you have real player? Try just following the free net audio link on the right.
Cornell on PP first of game

You need real player and sometimes you need to open Real player application first, then click on the file that was downloaded.
Real audio (www.real.com) is a free download.
PP over - didn't sound like any great scoring opportunities but we have a number of shots already
Interesting that the Gametracker link at CornellBigRed.com points to the Princeton web site where you go to their LiveStats.
Its up and working--very similar to gametracker
According the Princeton radio team, we are having a hard time hitting the net with our shots.
Romano and Kennedy and Greening good pressure couple of good atempts - Cornell carrying alot of play 12 mins to go in 1st
According the Princeton radio team, we are having a hard time hitting the net with our shots.
Yeah according to Jason we had about 4-5 straight shots that went wide.
2nd PP for CU
slashing on Princeton (Powell) BR on PP
Are there time lags between WHCU and A-A and the princeton feed?
4x4 then Princeton PP
Blake and Tony nice give and go save Princeton - - and then a min later Mark M hooking from behind stopping a 2-1 and Cornell on the PK

Yep, figured it out. Why a fully loaded computer doesn't come with it by default....
Anyway, got the feed. Thanks.
about 40 sec of 4.v.4
Hooking on Cornell, Princeton had a shorthanded attempt.
5x5
PK over - 7 mins in period - Princeton 10 Frosh on roster
- 1st period interview is Mugford from earlier today -
Sounds like Greening is skating with Scott and Romano.
before I drop the coin is the all access video up?
before I drop the coin is the all access video up?
no video for away games.

Hooking call 5:25 to go in 1st Cornell on PP
New pp unit:

Score Bitz from Seminoff and Sawada (edited) 1-0 Big RED!

Include useful information, such as score and period.
Taylor Davenport took a hard hit. Ed Kelly talking to him--Jason says he seems to be ok. Lets hope.
Bitz (Seminoff, Sawada) according to PU announcers.
Seminoff and Sawada had the assists
2-0 cutch
2 - 0 Mark M. SCORE
McCutcheon!
Sounds like the Gallagher-Sawada show. Cornell buzzing.
2-0!!!! McC(r)utcheon!
Wow. 2-0 McCutcheon
McCutcheon goal, assist Nash and Greening
McCutcheon!!! 2-0
New pp unit:

They earned another opportunity :-D
McC with goal #2
Red dominating, but shorthanded.
Somebody give the PU announcers a tranq. They're fun, but EVERYTHING sounds like a crossbar. :)
2-zip, end 1.
1st period over 2-0 start the second 5x5
its 2-0 not 2-1
Trotsky, Princeton hasn't scored . Check your title
Somebody give the PU announcers a tranq. They're fun, but EVERYTHING sounds like a crossbar. :)

Yeah, this is the first away game I'm in Ithaca for, and I turned off 870 to listen to PU people. It's a lot more fun this way.
Correct. Tell profudge to fix the header.
Good to see us ending the 1st with a lead LGR!
I like the princeton announcer, doing a pretty good job and not being a homer.

I might switch over too (after the Tyler Mugford interview). I like Jason but he would be a lot better if he did some color himself on away games. It's very tough to get a feel for the game when you listen to him by himself.
Anyone know any other ecac scores?
Pretty good "sieve sieve sieve" after the goals. Good to hear the Faithful.
Anyone know any other ecac scores?
RPI 2 SHU 1, 1st.
Trotsky - r we updating the subject line as well as body ?
Yep, that way somebody browsing at the forum level sees it update. You only need to update the title on post #1.
Yes, please
QU must be throwing the kitchen sink at Dekanich - 20 SOG in 1st period. But they haven't solved him yet. Let's hope they run out of gas.
Anyone know any other ecac scores?
End of 1st in Hamden. Q is outshooting Gate 20-6 but no score.
OK - done
I know Q has some firepower, but Gate must still be sleepwalking. Their season is on the verge of going nowhere fast.
I know Q has some firepower, but Gate must still be sleepwalking. Their season is on the verge of going nowhere fast.
I think they'll come back strong in the 2nd half and make the playoffs.

I think Colgate might be this year's Ohio State. I hope not, b/c a competitive traveling partner helps us out.

We're mostly ugly.
Unless you mean the players...
Actually, our first line power play looks much improved with the change in personnel. Overall I wouldn't say we look fantastic, but we look pretty good, and Princeton doesn't. The ref is also calling a good game, though I might have called a couple of Cornell holding infractions.
Time for the second period!!

Brown leads Harvard 2-1 in the 2nd (per uscho)
Sounded like we gave away a couple in the D zone there, but no harm.
Westgart (sp) penalty Cornell PP
(too many men on ice)
FWIW, all access is up and running, but I'm sticking with the Princeton feed.
Princeton Interference Cornell going on PP again
Sawada drew the penalty working in the corner and on the boards
Romano Score PPG at 9:09
Romano! 3-0
2nd PP unit:
Greening-Gallagher-Romano
Krueger-Krantz
Edit: ROMANO!!!!!!!!!! 3-0
Goal!! Romano! PPG
Romano ppg, Gallagher on the assist
Looks like we are finally making traffic in front of the net
lgr
I think it was Krantz. (edit - nope, Romano. I must pay such great attention).
PP clicking tonight, very encouraging.
Hasn't Goeckner-Zoeller been around for, like, 8 years?
Four frosh on that 2nd unit.
"... factory at Cornell. They keep on turning out these impressive freshmen."
I kinda like this guy on the Princeton feed
Princton on the PP.
Penalty called on Greening
About 7 min left in the 2nd. Barlow draws a penalty, so 4 v.4 for 1:39
PU PP
4x4 then CU PP
4x4
Hasn't Goeckner-Zoeller been around for, like, 8 years?
Yes. That's what I was thinking even last year!::laugh::
PU has to take a man down to stop a short break. I love an aggressive kill. ::rock::
Barlow good shorthanded work draws a holding as he moved deep into Princeton end just after PP started
Now full strength - Romano shot and a save 3:36 left in period
edit:double post
Gotta give this crew credit, they did their homework and know the CU lineup cold.
CU pp #7 comin up.
Gotta give this crew credit, they did their homework and know the CU lineup cold.
I've given up trying to get All-Access to work tonight. Is anyone listening successfully?
This time I get an network error saying to check my proxy settings...

Gotta give this crew credit, they did their homework and know the CU lineup cold.
Right. Always use Cornell players' names, not just "Cornell bringing it up on the right wing" or the like. I think they're good.
2nd period is over and Jason will be interviewing Evan S. in this intermission.
The "Love Boat" theme? Wasn't that off the air 10 years before the current seniors were born? ::looking::

He's so unhip, that when you say "Dylan," he thinks you're talkin bout Dylan Thomas. Whoever he was. The man aint got no culture.
The "Love Boat" theme? Wasn't that off the air 10 years before the current seniors were born? ::looking::
As opposed to say 80% of the Cornell band's work?
Would you really prefer what they spin at places like Brown? I'd rather hear the love boat than be asked who let the dogs out.
Princeton came out hitting in the second period, and it's clear they don't want to just give this one away. But Cornell still had the better of it in the corners, and managed to steal the puck away in the middle of a developing play on many occasions. The play is still in Princeton's end about 70% of the time. The defense is doing what they can to help Zalemba, but our boys are getting a little more creative than they've been able to be the last couple of games. This could be a 5-0 game.
And Ari is still really @#$%ing loud.
Q 1 Colgate 0 end of the 2nd. They are outshooting Colgate 34-12.

Bands get a break -- old repetoire are "standards." Piped-in music... if you're going to play from the late 70's, play "Weasels Rip My Flesh" or "Holiday in Cambodia."*
(* Actually, the DKs would be kick-ass warm-up music.)

SOG 20 - 12 at end of 2
Womens score PU 1 - 0 over Cornell end of 2nd
Under way in third period
3rd period under way.
Princeton comes out with a flurry to start the 3rd, But the Red blocking lots of shots.
Booger. ;-( 3-1.
Bartlett puts Princeton on the board
The "Love Boat" theme? Wasn't that off the air 10 years before the current seniors were born? ::looking::
Yeah, the kids today are young (or we are just getting old). I'll be in Puerto Vallarta for ~ 2 weeks this winter and the undergrads and techs in my lab do not know that is where the "Love Boat" stopped, after Acopulco, every Saturday night.
Princeton Gets a goal, Bartlet (1st goal as a tiger). 3-1 Cornell early in the 3rd
Well, the flurry continues and Princeton puts one on the board
Cornell on PK 16 + mins to go
Barlow takes a penalty. Red on the PK
Now, penalty agains Barlow. This is a dangerous time of the game. We need a solid kill.
Davenport with the save and covered the rebound on Bartlet. tigers still on PP
ignore
PU PP goal now 3-2 :-(
ignore
3-2 Princeton scores on PP
Westgarth makes it a one goal affair with a ppg
double post :: LGR
3-2. Uh, oh. Maybe Schafer needs a time out to chew out his team. Princeton is totally dominating the period
Sounds like princeton had really good pressure, Davenport may have been screened.
Davenport big save on 2v1 to keep it at 3-2.
Great flurry on the PP, but no score.
Princeton scores twice early in third...
Cornell 3, Princeton 2, 11:00 remaining in 3rd

Sawada got hit on the ankle with the puck on our own PP and skated off slowly. I'm hoping he's fine.
Thanks for taunting the woofing gods and the jinx.
Time to keep the puck down low and do some cycling. Sounds like a bit too much end-to-end right now.
Kalemba robs us on a 2 on none
We seem a bit loose in our end.
time update since no other posts:: 3:13 left to go
I hear Bartlett's name a lot -- seems like an impressive Freshman for Princeton.
3:00 minutes left in the 3rd.
LGR!
DAvenport with a big save. 1:46 left.
Davenport stones Bartlett and G-Z
3rd period shots 10-3 Princeton
TO Princeton
Terrible giveaway in our own end, and Davenport with a huge save!
time out Princeton w/ 1:46 left.
Somone from Cornell should be glued to Bartlet.
Princeton brings the 6th man
Empty net
Goalie pulled at 1:46 and Cornell ices puck at 1:14
It's over WE WIN 3-2 close there in the third.
1:15 left, icing on Cornell.
CU 3-2 win
Cornell clears with seconds left and hangs on for 3-2 win.
Whew -- talk about hanging on :-)
Wow. Live stats and the audio feed die less than 3 seconds after the final buzzer.
Whew. PU crew exits at the buzzer. Weird.
Great escape. Nice effort by Princeton. 4-1 in ECAC and Ivy, 6-1 overall. Not a shabby start to the season. Tomorrow night is gonna be a barn burner.
That 1st period was awful! At least we came out with the win but wow that was a close call.
Game over, Cornell dodges yet another bullet
Given how Q is playing, we will surely have to elevate our play tomorrow.
