Pretty much the perfect start.
The D holds Drt to 3 and out.
Cornell scores on a 3-play 44 yard drive.
The D holds Drt to 3 and out.
Hard to beat that.
LGR!
Wow. Cornell puts in Liuzza, a frosh QB, for one play, on the Cornell 17 19. And he takes it right up the middle for an 83 81 yd. TD run. Wow.
21-3, Big Red.
According to the radio crew, the 10th-longest rush from scrimmage in Cornell history. Not bad considering the program is about 130 years old.

Dartmouth's defense is very, very bad. But the Green have been having more success on O the last 10-or-so plays.

Go Brown. The next Yale win eliminates Cornell from the Ivy title.
Nice 47-yd kickoff return by Walters right after the Dartmouth TD. Longest return of the year for Cornell.
Entering the 4th quarter, Cornell is inside the Dartmouth 20. Siwula running well.
Yale sucks.
Dartmouth late TD and conversion puts them just 3 down. ::drive::
28-25 Cornell with 4:40 left in the fourth. What's with all the pass interference calls? They're killing us. Some of them seemed a bit ticky-tack (at least from what I could see, given the atrocious camera angles used by All-Access).
Also, it sounds like there are more Dartmouth fans in the stands. Very sad.
Oh. God. Get this 1st down...
Oh. God. Get this 1st down...
Whew. Kill that clock.
Got it. Good win. Close, but, hey, a win's a win.
Final score probably a better barometer of the difference between the teams than Cornell's dominance over the first 20 minutes. Good win, Red!

There probably was not 75 Dartmouth fans plus their band. The reason it sounded like that is because they were all in the west stands which is now the domain of the visitors. The Crescent actually had a very good turn-out of Cornell fans given that it was a very chilly day and the forecast was not good.
