Here is a link to the roster Team seems particularly large (physically) this year. Of the 30 on the roster, only 4 players under 6' tall. 14 players 6'2" or taller...by margolism - Hockey

Cornell is pretty much in the same boat as 8 of the other 12 teams, so that somewhat levels the playing field. Plus I believe both Quinnipiac and Clarkson had some would-be seniors leave early for the pros. I can't say we will be a strong team within the context of all of Division 1, but I think we will be descent within the ECAC itself.by margolism - Hockey

The posted roster now shows a bunch of people no longer there (like incoming frosh CJ Kirst.) Similarly, some players that didn't appear in the fall are now on the roster - like Jeff Teat. Not sure how to interpret all of this.by margolism - Other Sports

Beyond forcing them to enter the transfer portal to play as grad students, it limits their grad school educational opportunities. With a few exceptions, most of the schools with college hockey teams, other than the Ivys, are not exceptional institutions when it comes to graduate programs. Perhaps Michagan, Wisconsin, Notre Dame are exceptions here. If education is truly a priority, then allowby margolism - Hockey
