Did you get a confirmation email if you ordered tickets? I see the credit charge went through, I have an order number, but no confirmation email or text. And when I click on my order it says Oops An Error Occurred. Anyone?by margolism - Hockey

Gee, when I said tickets go on sale Monday it was meant to be a joke. The online ticketing is still not functioning even though they said tickets would go on sale at 7am.by margolism - Hockey

Re: 2022 Takeaways - longest ECAC drought - 2 years ago
Getting back to the original topic... What strikes me as interesting is how similarly this team fared compared to the 2018-2019 team, the team right before #1 ranked 2019-2020 team. This team went 18-10-4, the 18-19 team went 21-11-4, with a 4-3 record in the playoffs. This year's team went 12-6-4 in ECAC action, the 2018-2019 went 13-5-4. I think the last time Cornell scored 11 or more goals was back in the 1970s... 1978-1979 season to be more specific.by margolism - Hockey

While goaltending is the key question this season, I'm not super concerned. After all, when was the last time Cornell had lousy goaltenders. Or even mediocre goaltending for that matter?by margolism - Hockey

Here is a link to the roster Team seems particularly large (physically) this year. Of the 30 on the roster, only 4 players under 6' tall. 14 players 6'2" or taller...by margolism - Hockey
Re: Cornell 2021-22 season prediction - 2 years ago
Cornell is pretty much in the same boat as 8 of the other 12 teams, so that somewhat levels the playing field. Plus I believe both Quinnipiac and Clarkson had some would-be seniors leave early for the pros. I can't say we will be a strong team within the context of all of Division 1, but I think we will be descent within the ECAC itself.by margolism - Hockey
