Re: Any Ideas for the Proposed Development In Ithaca - 17 years ago
Hope you'll get to the games this weekend! I think the chili festival is Saturday so you can get some ideas about what life is sometimes like on the Commons. I know nothing about real estate development, but just from following the news and reading editorials, I can tell you about some of the attitudes you might encounter here, in general terms. You will meet a great deal of resistance agaby reilly83 - John Spencer Is Dead

Some of ACMs memories here Or here for an article by Jayson Moy for USCHO that says Grady Whittenburg began as VBR in the 1990-91 season.by reilly83 - John Spencer Is Dead
Re: OT (but not really): "Where Have All the Scorers Gone?" - 17 years ago
the games used to be more enjoyable back in the old days! Even though we lost, no one who was at the Boston Garden for our 10-9 overtime loss to UNH in the ECAC semifinals in 1977 will ever forget that game. While I can see why that game was exciting, I love a good defense. For some reason, I would rather have the 0-1 loss to Wisconsin, than a 10-9 loss. 5-7 total goals per game is enough foby reilly83 - Hockey

BCrespiwe can affect the outcome? If not by getting in the opposition's heads (which we have seen we have done in the past) then certainly spurning on our own guys Yikes! I'm not quite ready to spurn our own guys yet!by reilly83 - Hockey

Re: Cornell 0 Maine 1 (1st period) - 17 years ago
Someone please straighten me out. Gametracker lists Binda as the referee for this game. USCHO Box score lists Murphy as the ref for the UNH-WMU game today, but I listened to that game earlier on the UNH feed and the announcers kept referring to the referee as Binda. Were the UNH announcers just wrong, or did the refs get switched? Thanks.by reilly83 - Hockey
Re: The Championship Belt, et al - 17 years ago
What I said was not meant to be woofing. It is not obnoxious, inflammatory, or boastful. And, I did not predict what was going to happen. I merely find the possibility interesting, given where the belts are now and what the schedule is over the next 4 weekends. But that is a very nice picture.by reilly83 - Hockey
Re: The Championship Belt, et al - 17 years ago
So, if I am understanding Ralph Baer's post #838 on USCHO and correctly, it would be technically possible for Cornell to hold The Belt, the ECAC(HL) Belt, the Ivy Belt and the Red White Belt all at the same time after the January 20th game?by reilly83 - Hockey
