upprdeck where are you staying in vegas to feel that way. had nothing but great times out there. Between shopping/shows/gambling/food/exhibits/golf there is so much to do. Then take day side trips if you want too.. What was sleezy about your visits? I was staying a few blocks from the arena. You had to walk through a smoky, noisy sports bar and casino just to get from the room to the garage aby Jeff Hopkins '82 - Hockey

Trotsky Jeff Hopkins '82 upprdeck vegas in 2026 would be a fun time. Vegas is a sleaze hole.Only the casinos. Stay away from them and it's one of the most lovely locations in the country. LV is the same as NYC: just erase the people. I avoided them as much as I could. I spent most of my time out in the desert. But you still have to sleep somewhere, and get from your hotel to the arena.by Jeff Hopkins '82 - Hockey

Give My Regards Trotsky French Rage Apparently Maryland Heights is in Missouri. It was a "wide open town" back when, so perhaps there will be an apres hockey scene with gambling, gangsters, and whores. I mean if you like that sort of thing. Meh, sounds like Allentown. I can only find info on 2500 seat indoor and a 4000 seat semi-outdoor arena in Maryland Heights. Re: ECAC Schedule - 5 months ago
Thanks, Jim. Based on the webpage of the hospital network who administered the test, I believe the test I took is a "DiaSorin LIAISON® SARS-CoV-2 S1/S2 IgG" test. I got my info on accuracy from this webpage from the FDA.by Jeff Hopkins '82 - Hockey
Re: ECAC Schedule - 5 months ago
osorojo Covid 19 trumps* any and all pre-existing schedule arrangements and even the organizations, such as the ECAC, which make them. Collegiate hockey schools all have Athletic Directors and communication equipment. How about we let A.D.'s, just not money-men, schedule hockey games? Let athletes play the game they love, show their stuff, and for the moment at least ignore the profit motive? *thby Jeff Hopkins '82 - Hockey

Swampy Jeff Hopkins '82 jtwcornell91 Jim Hyla #2 This is exactly the reason why these tests should only be used by researchers. 10% false positive & 1% false negative is exactly the wrong way for a test like this to result. The worst that a false negative would do is make you continue to act safely. A false positive however might get you to act unsafely, and that's bad for you and all of us.by Jeff Hopkins '82 - Hockey

Re: ECAC Schedule - 5 months ago
upprdeck cornell already has testing they can turn around as fast as they really want if its a priority. Rapid testing done with pooling is pretty cheap and could be done with teams in some kind of bubbles hrs before a game and cost next to nothing.. 2-3 tests would do it per team group you could almost be down to daily testing of teams by winter if they wanted to make it happen. billhoward jtwcornell91Columbia stood out from the other six and a half scramble bands in the Ivies mostly in how proud they were of their presumed cleverness and scandal. You are a master of brevity yet accuracy. Too bad the days are gone for working Readers' Digest Condensed Books. The Columbia band also has to memorize where they (used to) play: Robert K. Jim Hyla ugarte scoop85 Jim Hyla scoop85 A little surprised he'd sign at this stage, but the players must have an increasing suspicion that we may well have no season this year. Best of luck to Alex, who I think has a shot at an NHL carerr. True, there may be no college hockey this upcoming season. Trotsky Oceans rise, empires fall. This sets up a fascinating historical turning point for college. Hitherto, the compound term for drinking + fucking was "Friday." Now college students face a choice to either give up drinking or give up fucking. Will college mores will all break the same way? Re: Cornell 2020-21 plans - 5 months ago
George64 Trotsky our analyses show that the number of people infected and/or hospitalized is likely to be markedly lower if we have an in-person, residential semester with the aforementioned screening mechanisms than if we are purely online. That should be a fun class action law suit. "If we go all online your kids will still come here and then drink and fuck all day, so instead we're oby Jeff Hopkins '82 - John Spencer Is Dead

Trotsky Caps-Isles 4-ot Easter Morning game the best Game 7 I've ever seen. God bless Pat LaFontaine. That was a great game. jtwcornell91 Swampy Really a shame. Our country's inept initial handling of the virus brought the most successful season in recent memory to an untimely end. Then, the continued ineptness made the 2020-1 season highly unlikely. It turned a toss up into a no-brainer. In the end he had only one choice that made sense. The premature end of last season was inevitable, regardless of how the situatioby Jeff Hopkins '82 - Hockey

They're kids. They understand in part, but want what they want. Example: I was speaking with my niece yesterday. She'll be a freshman at UMass in the fall. She is going to campus to live in the dorms, even though all her classes will be on-line. She understands the risks, but wants as much of the college experience as possible. George64 David Harding The Chapins on Merv Griffith introduced as being "all out of Cornell University," though I think only Harry actually attended Cornell. Tom went to SUNY Potsdam.
