The Rancor stereax Weder stereax upprdeck what will this bring? make you wonder. Re: Cornell Lacrosse legacy started before Richie Moran - 16 days ago
The Rancor I don't even like that they did away with the SRO walkway. Either embrace un-modernity or build it new from scratch, but all the tinkering is terrible, including the jumbotron. (ADA accessible seating and new locker rooms exempted) That's the most offputting "minor" change for me: you used to be able to walk around from one section to another while keeping an eye on the rinby jtwcornell91 - Other Sports

mike1960 Ken711 BearLover What are some historic Cornell big game performances that compare to Kirst’s 6 goals in the title game this season? David Harding Chris '03 billhoward RichHKeeping the lax lenses on, they have been the most successful program in the league since Richie Moran’s last few years. Our best teams continuously butting heads over many generations leads to a lot of rivalry-fueled resentment & hate. They’re the lax equivalent of Harvard hockey, only they often win games in the ncaas. Be interesting to see how good -by jtwcornell91 - John Spencer Is Dead

stereax As per Jane McNally, sounds like Psenicka's going back to Czechia. That leaves only Penney and Rayhill as indeterminate. Re: 2025-26 schedule - 8 weeks ago
BearLover The Rancor Scheduling for Cornell has to be challenging. Take a chance to get beaten by a good program, playing on the road, with a weak ECAC SOS (EZAC?) Who wants that? At least there's some name recognition for Harvard, Yale and Princeton. What is the benefit of getting pounded by Big Red just to see your RPI crash? Doesn’t this message contradict itself? Re: NCAAs quarterfinal Cornell vs. BU - 2 months ago
VIEWfromK fastforward The Walsh face mask penalty was completely bogus The rule couldn't be more cut and dry. You can't grab a facemask. It doesn't matter the scenario that leads up to it. We learned earlier in the season that it won't be tolerated. I don't think it's a play that should be an automatic major but it's what the rule book calls for. I think if they'd called it on the iby jtwcornell91 - Hockey

billhoward DII schools wanted to be a bit more competitive than DIII but weren't ready to challenge Cornell, Denver, BU. Scersk '97 Weder Tom Lento Scersk '97 Weder Derraugh has only ever brought in like 3 transfers, it just happens that there were two in the past two years. Trotsky Jim Hyla Got tired of talking about the FF on other threads, so started this. Unhappily for others, I'm rooting for BU. First, there's something satisfying about getting beaten by the champion, with some obvious exceptions (Mainly notables from our league that I don't want to win.) rather than beaten by someone who then loses to another team. Re: NCAAs quarterfinal Cornell vs. BU - 3 months ago
So the thing about losing in the quarterfinals is that this performance--going on a run in the playoffs, pulling off two third-period upset comebacks to stay alive, and falling tantalizingly short in the regional final--would be satisfying in isolation, but it's frustrating as part of the larger picture: we could have easily won a number of those quarterfinal games, but we didn't (except when weby jtwcornell91 - Hockey
