Dont think Arbys make any sense. Applebees did not want to leave so maybe a new location works for them? BK has been out of the market for awhile? popeyes or Sonic would be nice. LetsGoTech16 Iv'e heard Cornell vs BC at Lynah on October 18th. Not sure if there is a home/home with that. Email from Doug Derraugh says it will be two games at Lynah, Oct. 17-18. So the non-conference opponents look to be: BC (home x2), Vermont (away x2), Penn State (home and away) and Syracuse (away).by Weder - Hockey

Rory Guilday got drafted in the first round (No. 5 overall) of the PWHL draft by Ottawa. Four of the first five picks were ECAC players. Colgate's Kristýna Kaltounková was the No. 1 pick by New York. Lily Delianedis to Seattle with the final pick of the third round.by Weder - Hockey

Scersk '97 BearLover stereax RichH “Big video scoreboard” should be banned in buildings like Lynah and Appleton. Completely glaring, ruining the light & atmosphere, not to mention turning fans into teevee watchers instead of active participants. The annoying thing about the video scoreboard on the A/O side is that it's not big enough or consistent enough to see replays of stuff that's actuaby Weder - Other Sports
AI analytics - 19 days ago
The ECAC has a new partnership with a company that provides AI-assisted hockey analytics. The press release doesn't get into specifics about what will be available to the public other than "data-driven storytelling and fan engagement." So not sure if that means they simply now have a way to record time on ice or if it'll be closer to NHL-style analytics.by Weder - Hockey

jtwcornell91 The Rancor I don't even like that they did away with the SRO walkway. Either embrace un-modernity or build it new from scratch, but all the tinkering is terrible, including the jumbotron. (ADA accessible seating and new locker rooms exempted) That's the most offputting "minor" change for me: you used to be able to walk around from one section to another while keeping an eby Weder - Other Sports

stereax underskill I wonder if they could just dig down like Seattle did for the Key Arena reno and leave the roof in place Feels like it would be a lot easier to move the roof up than everything else down... I could be misremembering, but wasn't it determined at some point that they've pretty much done all the renovating they can do without having to bring the seating area up to modern buildinby Weder - Other Sports

Interesting ... looks like they are going to make you pay extra if you want to sit in the box seats or on the catwalk going forward. Those are now reserved seats, while the rest of the rink remains general admission.by Weder - Hockey

An hour before the Nov 2023 game I bought a ticket on the glass. It won’t sell out after so many. The ushers are mostly uncaring where you sit/wander.
