Pizza hut buffet was solid There is so little to eat on top of the hill the MacD gets swamped at lunch. You cant get from the top to the fast food on 13 and back in a lunch time. How long ago when up by the mall you had things like Billy Bobs. multiple Chinese places, Italian, pizza hut, Arbys, Wendys, Applebees, Subway, multiple pizza places, Mexicali Rose, 3 hotels I miss the Italianby upprdeck - John Spencer Is Dead

Subway at the mall just closed as well. Pizza and a Pretzel left besides Zocalo. The MacD in Lansing is jammed quite often inside as is in the one downtown. I get the idea of some order to go but MacD is not one that travels well. Subs/Pizza/Wings sure they survive 15 min drives. Fries not so muchby upprdeck - John Spencer Is Dead

what will this bring? make you wonder. One that already exists, perhaps Wendys comes back up the hill, they had a great business at the mall? chills with a 2nd location? Dont think Arbys make any sense. Applebees did not want to leave so maybe a new location works for them? BK has been out of the market for awhile? popeyes or Sonic would be nice. Pretty much the marginal players have to bank on themselves. They wait and play in college and hope to get better and improve a contract. If you get to the end and you have not done so, then you are more desperate to sign or else give up the dream. If you play well signing makes no sense with no control of where you might go.by upprdeck - Hockey

So kids are drafted hoping they will be good.. If they do play well the team has to sign them or they go back into the pool? How is that a bad thing? if you are marginal player that gets drafted teams are either not signing you or lowering the offer.. If the team matters to you then thats an issue but again thats just luck anyway.by upprdeck - Hockey

So if rooms were $150 a night people would be fine with the cost but $300 is too much? I get a 7 day vacation it adding up but to quibble about $150 for 2 day thing? Staying in Toledo was about $250 for the hockey NCAA.by upprdeck - Hockey

C2C you are paying a premium for pickup and dropoff more related to Cornell activities. You are also paying for a bit nicer ride. There are many cheaper ways to get to NYC by busby upprdeck - Hockey

the way cornell safety works I dont know that letting normal people stand in the way of a lax ball will be allowed much. How much room is even off the field for the players to not hist walls is a question.by upprdeck - Other Sports

Celebration on campus today around 4:45 the email says. One sad thing about LAX is winning after all the kids for most colleges have gone home. I suspect we will see recognition at a hockey game perhaps this fall.by upprdeck - Other Sports
