Downs clears to kill the first 30 secs on the penalty, then Knoepfli breaks up the Yale rush and sends it down; Iggy with a sweep check to stop the next rush, 1 min left in pp.by Trotsky - Hockey

Knoepfli with a great steal sets up Pegs but the latter is just wide; Leclerc of Yale with a strong rush, but Carefoot comes back the other way and is taken down without a call. McKee redirects into corner where there's a whistle and Cornell is whistled for a bench minor for inability to count. Scott serving. Bitz wins the face; Hynes rips a shot wide, then Moulson wraps it around from behind Modelski but is stopped. That was our first protracted chance. Faceoff in Cornell end after the cxlear and a tie-up; about 6 mins in.by Trotsky - Hockey
